Take pan and add Wash chicken

Add Karahi masala

Add two glass water

Covered and cook to medium flame until chicken is tender

Chicken is tender and remaining 1/2 cup water in pan

Again put a new pan and heat the ghee

Add chopped tomato

Cook to tomato until the paste form

Then add tender chicken and mix very much

Cook to high flame until oil are spread

Also add coriander leaves and ginger Julienne cover few minutes
