Finally chop all the vegetable.sprinkle salt on chopped vegetable as they spare water.

Add all spices and lemon juice to it.add both flour and sesame.

Add cooked rice,and1tbsp oil.knead to form a dough by adding water if needed,try to add very little water and ake tight dough as vegetables itself have water and make dough soft.

Divide dough into 12 equal portions.roll each ball in flour and roll in to 6" circle.grease with oil and cook on low flame till brown.

Serve hot with tea or vegetable raita.
