Take 150 gm ghee in pan. Add chopped green garlic and ginger. Add boiled mutter.

Grate the fresh kacchi haldi and sauté into it for 10 minutes. Add chopped onion and sauté for five minutes. Add chopped tomato and again sauté for five minutes.

Add three tablespoons of curd. Add salt, red mirchi, sugar and cumin coriander powder. Sauté up to 10 minutes on medium flame. Garnish the kacchi haldi sabji with coriander leaves.

Now sabji is ready to eat with bhakhari or bajri rotla.
