Ingredients

3 cupsall purpose wheat flour
1 cupcooking oil(hot)
2 tablespoonsbaking powder
1 cupsugar
2 tablespoonscardamon(grounded) optional
Water

Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients

Pour hot oil into the mixture

Mix well till it becomes fine

Add water little by little until you make a hard dough

Cover it and leave it for an hour

On a flat surface roll the dough then cut into your desirable shapes

Put a pan with oil on the fire and let it be hot...put a few pieces of the cut doughs till golden brown...

Let it cool and enjoy with a cup of tea
