Gobhi Matar Alu Kassa

Take a pan, heat well add mustard oil, pinch of turmeric powder, add the diced potatoes and cauliflower (Gobhi) and saute it till turns brown.

Once done transfer it in a plate and keep aside.

Add cumin seeds to the remaining oil, add chopped onions and saute it well then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well. Cover the lid and cook it for 2-3 mins.

Open the lid then add tomato puree, peas and mix well and again cook it for 7-8 mins in low flame.

Add the fried Gobhi, potato and mix well, then add 1 glass of water and cook in low flame till the water evaporates.

Serve hot with rice, roti, paratha or poori.
