Steps

Chop garlic, green chilli, spring onion finely. Keep aside.
Cut baby corn into lengthwise and keep aside.

In wide kadai add coconut oil. Once hot add garlic and green chilli. Saute couple of minutes in medium flame. Don't burn it.
Now add baby corn and salt. Saute another couple of minutes. Saute until baby corn cooked upto 50%.

When you ready to switch off the flame add spring onion and give a quick saute and switch off the flame.
Sprinkle some pepper powder and serve hot..
