Boil the green peas and strain and keep aside.

Blanch the spinach and strain it and keep aside.

In a grinder add spinach, green peas, green chillies, ginger, garlic and make coarse paste. There should be no water added while grinding. The mixture should be dry.

Remove it in a bowl, add chopped coriander, boiled potatoes,grated paneer all masalas, salt to taste and bread crumbs as required.

Make small tikkis and keep one kaju at the centre and press it lightly. Make all and keep aside.

Take a pan and shallow fry tikkis till nice golden in colour from both sides. You can also deep fry.

Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
