Ingredients

Makes 1 large kettle full
  1. 1 lbground beef or venison
  2. 1-64 ozbottle v8 hot and spicy
  3. 1 lbextra firm tofu
  4. 1 packhot chili seasoning
  5. 1jalapeño- diced fine
  6. 1/2purple onion diced finely
  7. 1limes juice
  8. 1 candiced tomatoes with green Chile’s (hot)
  9. 1 candark red kidney beans
  10. 1 cangreat northern beans
  11. 1 canlight red kidney beans
  12. 1 cannavy beans
  13. 2 tablespoonssugar
  14. To taste: pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika and red chili flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Mix diced jalapeño, diced onion and diced tofu (drain tofu and lightly squeeze) into a large kettle and sauté on medium heat until onion is translucent.

    Place ground beef in with the sautéed tofu, onion and jalapeño and cook until beef is done. Squeeze in lime.

  3. 3

    Drain beans and add them in as well as tomatoes with green Chile’s, v8 and all spices. Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes to bring out the heat in the pepper and spices.
