Firstly wash chana and soak over night

Now take a cooker add Chana and salt And boil it for 1/2 hour on low flame

Now make a paste of onion tomato and green chilli

Now take a wild add oil And heat it now add onion tomato paste fry it add turmeric powder salt And red chilli powder mix it and fry it till leave ghee

Now add boiled chana in it and mix well

Masala Chana is ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with chapatti
