Take a bowl, put moida put one tablespoon oil to the bowl mix well now add warm water little as needed make a dough,which is not so soft or hard take time to make dough after that add little oil to the dough cover with the lid and keep rest.

In other side boil the green peas and strain the water put peas in the grinder jar put salt,grated ginger, green chillies make a paste and keep aside. Boil little oil in the small pan add hing saute for a minute then put green peas paste add garam masala powder and black pepper powder saute till the gravy becomes thickened.

Now take the dough out and mix again make balls from the dough,now make hole in the dough put peas paste and cover all sides by the dough carefully and make balls and roll it and keep aside. And deep fry all kachori

Yummy crispy kachori is ready to serve,serve with aloor dom.
