Ingredients

45 mins
  • 2 (16 oz)can peaches in heavy syrup
  • 1 (18.25 oz)package yellow cake
  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1 tablespoonground cinnamon, or to taste
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg
  • 1/2 tspground cloves
  • 1 tablespoonvanilla flavor
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. 2

    Mix 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, brown sugar, cloves in dish.

  3. 3

    Empty peaches into bottom of 9x13inch pan. Add spice mixture and stir to blend.

  4. 4

    Cover the dry cake mix over peaches and press down firmly.

  5. 5

    Cut butter squares into small pieces add to top of cake mix. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.

  6. 6

    Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes

  7. 7

    Serve over vanilla bean ice cream (optional).
