Ingredients

  • 10potatoes
  • 1/2 cupchick pea flour
  • Spices of choice I used ginger n paprika
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash the potatoes and boil till ready

    Put the chickpea flour,spices and salt in a bowl n mix

    Add water to make a paste with yogurt consistency

    Dip the potatoes and fry in hot oil.make sure both sides are cooked
