Oil half cup
Garlic 3 cloves (chopped)
1 cupCabbage
Capsicum half (Chopped)
Carrot half (shredded)
Matar 1 cup (Boil)
Salt as your taste
1 tbspWhite pepper
1 tbspChicken Powder
750 gBoiled Rice

Heat oil in pan & add eggs. Cook it until eggs scrambled & cook well and chop into small pieces. Then keep aside for later use.

Heat oil in wok; add chopped garlic cloves and stir-fry until garlic turn a nice brown colour, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Cabbage, Capsicum, matar and Carrot & cook 1-2 mins.

Then add Salt, White pepper, Chicken Powder and Add rice, scrambled chopped egg to rice mixture and fold in; stir-fry for 1 minute more serve.
