Heat the oil in a pan.

Then add in the garlics and fry until fragrant.

Add in the fish balls. Mix until soft.

Add the gravels. Mix again.

Add some water. Let it simmer.

Then add in the seasonings and sweet soy sauce. Mix evenly. Taste test.
