Wash and cut brinjals

Wash and cut potatoes

Put onions and zera in oil and saute till colour change

Add brinjals

Add spices green chilli paste and mix with brinjals and oinion and cover for 10-15 mins

When brinjals change it's colour add potatoes

When potatoes done 80 per then add tomatoe puree and bhonefy

Mash brinjals with spatula and cook until oil separte

Add chop green chilli and garam masala

Add fresh coriander

Serve with boiled rice
