Steps

Place all ingredients and approx 300ml water into a blender, Nutri-Ninja or food processor.

Blend until macerated to a fine, loose paste.

Add 200 ml more water and blend again. Add rest of the water, stir and allow to steep for at least 30 minutes.

Check level of sweetness and add more honey if preferred.

Strain through a sieve into a bottle which has a lid.

Chill.

Shake before drinking to distribute ingredients throughout the drink.

Enjoy a small glass each morning for an invigorating boost of warming and zingy antioxidants to help boost the immune system.
