Ingredients

  1. Ingredients:
  2. 1/2pork belly, cut into cubes
  3. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  4. 1/4 cupvinegar
  5. 1/4 cupwater
  6. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  7. 1medium onion, chopped
  8. 2bayleaves
  9. 1ground black pepper
  10. 1 pinchumami
  11. 2hard boiled egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients needed while boiling the eggs.

    Saute the onion and garlic. Add pork until it turns brown and simmer for 10mins. Cover.

  3. 3

    Add black pepper, bayleaves and umami and wait for another 5 mins.

    Add the hard boiled egg. Serve and enjoy eating! 😉
