Works great as a brine for any type of meat before grilling, smoking, or baking.
Cooking Instructions

Add all ingredients to a large pot. Bring to a boil. Whisk thoroughly.

Remove from heat and let cool to room temp. Roughly 2 hrs.
- 3
Use it for a brine for pork, chicken, beef, lamb... or let cool and use to add to soup bases.
- 4
Be sure to discard remaining brine after using with raw meats
