Slice your broccoli and zucchini into small pieces and steam for about 3 minutes.

Heat a sauce pan, lace it with oil. Put in your broccoli, zucchini and add salt, stir together and let cook till it begins to brown.

Add your onions and potatoes and stir. When crispy enough add the pinched cauliflower and simmer for about 4 minutes under low heat. Remove and serve.
