Take rawa and dry roast, in a mixing bowl take rawa, curd and water and mix well and keep for 4 hrs min.

Add carrots, peas, salt, sugar

Add onion. In a tadka pan take oil add mustard let it crackle.add chana dal let it be one light brown. Add hing and curry leaves and pour over rawa mixture and add ENO and mix

Grase idli stand and pour mixture.and steam for 15-20 mins.

Ready to serve
