Ingredients

  • 2potato chopped
  • 1 bowltomato paste
  • 100 gmUmsalted bundi
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tbspcooking oil
  • 4 bowlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add cooking oil

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Add tomato paste and saute it

  4. 4

    Add all spices and mix well

  5. 5

    Add potato, water and cover the lid and cook it till 2 whistle

  6. 6

    Now add fiki bundi and cook it for 2 minutes
