Peel, chop into cubes and boil potatoes until just cooked. Leave to cool a bit. Preheat oven to 180. Chop up the mortadella and add to potatoes

Add Parmesan, pepper and egg, save a tiny bit of egg for glazing. Mix up well, trying not to break up the potatoes

Roll out pastry into small round baking tray. Prick with a fork. Add mixture inside. Spread evenly. Fold edges down as shown. Glaze with the bit of egg

Bake for about 30 mins. Leave to cool on a wire rack before serving 😀
