Ingredients

  1. 1 cupidli dosa battar
  2. 1 tspginger paste
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  5. 1 tspeno
  6. 2thick slices of mango
  7. 2thick slices of watermelon
  8. to tasteChaat masala
  9. 1 tbspoil
  10. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  11. 10curry leaves
  12. As neededfruits for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Add salt and baking soda in battar

  2. 2

    Grease dhokla tray

  3. 3

    Add eno and 1 tbsp water upon it to activate eno

  4. 4

    Mix finely transfer it in tray

  5. 5

    Cook for 15 min.in steamer

  6. 6

    When they ready cool a little and cut with cookie cutter in desired shape

  7. 7

    Cut fruits slices also in same shape

  8. 8

    Now first take dhokla slice and top with watermelon slice sprinkle chaat masala

  9. 9

    Then put other dhokla slice upon it and top with mango slice sprinkle chaat masala

  10. 10

    Make layers like that and lastly cover with dhokla slice

  11. 11

    Top with scoops of fruits

  12. 12

    Now make tempering by heating oil

  13. 13

    Add mustard seeds and curry leaves

  14. 14

    Temper dhokla and sprinkle chaat masala

  15. 15

    Garnish with coriander leaves
