Warm water add rice flour and knead and keep aside.

In a kadai cook peas red chili green chilies,garlic zeera,hing and salt,cover and cook for 5 to 10 min,add Kotmir and grind.

Make small roti of rice flour and stuff 1 tsp peas mixture and fold it and apply oil to sieve before placing it to steam,give any shape you like,can use the green peas paste for parathas also.steam for 10 min,serve hot with chutney,can be eaten as breakfast and evening snack.
