Ingredients

2 persons
  • 1coconut
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 3/4 cupswater
  • Salt

Steps

    Break the coconut

  2. 2

    Great the white part of the coconut

    Add half a cup of warm water to the grated coconut,let it rest for a while then sieve the water into a container/bowl

  4. 4

    Add the rest of the warm water to the grated coconut and let it rest for a while then squeeze the water and put it in a sufuria..

  5. 5

    Put the sufuria on the cooker and bring the water to boil..

  6. 6

    Add your rice and salt and lower your heat to avoid uncooked rice

  7. 7

    When the water is almost drying up add the coconut milk that you sieved first(½ cup)... cover the pot and make sure the heat is at the lowest...

  8. 8

    Keep checking to avoid burning...when water dries up it's done...put off your cooker

  9. 9

    Serve hot with your stew of choice....
