Ingredients

  1. 2onion chopped/grind
  2. 8garlic cloves
  3. 3Green chilli
  4. 1/2 inchginger
  5. 2tomato grind
  6. 2 pinchhing/asafoetida
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  9. 3/4 tablespoonred pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tablespoonzeera/cumin seeds
  11. 1/2 spoonwhole coriander
  12. 1/2 tsp kasturi Methi
  13. 2black pepper
  14. 2cloves
  15. 1cardamom
  16. 1 stickcinnamon whole
  17. 1/2 tablespoonajwain/carom seeds
  18. 1 tablespoongaram masala
  19. 400 gmcanned chick peas
  20. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take 1/2 table spoon zeera + 1/2 table spoon of coriander + 1 big pinch of kasuri mehthi + 2 black pepper whole + 2 cloves + 1 elaichi+ 1 daal chini+ 1/2 spoon ajwin roast

    Then add garam masala and cover the pan.

    Then grind the mixture and keep it

    Grind ginger garlic

    Grind onions

    Grind tomato

  7. 7

    Put oil in pan

    Put heeng 2 pinch

  9. 9

    Put grinded Grind ginger garlic in oil and make it Lil brown

  10. 10

    Add onions make it brown and thick

  11. 11

    Add salt, turmeric and 3/4 red pepper powder

  12. 12

    Add tomato and wait till oil released

  13. 13

    Add chick peas and cook

  14. 14

    Add water according to consistency
