Steps

Grate cucumber and carrot, and cut the onion and tomato

Now make coarse powder of fried bengal gram and add to the vegetables.. Add sugar andSalt as per taste..

Now heat oil in a tadka pan add mustard, jeera, hing, haldi and chillies and make tadka.. Here i have used sun-dried green chillies seasoned with fenugreek powder, salt and hing..

Now add the tadka to the vegetables..

Mix well and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve it with jawar roti or chapati..
