Ingredients

  • 400 gramwhite tofu, cut into size bite
  • 50 gramplain flour
  • 1/2 tablespoontapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonpowdered broth
  • Enough water (300cc)
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the tofu into size bite
    Prepare concave ingredients; flour, salt, pepper, broth, tapioca flour, baking powder and water. Stir until evenly distributed but not too liquid.
    Heat oil for frying tofu. Dip the tofu in the dyes and fry until cooked and browned.
