  • 2 cupsplant-based milk
  • 1/2 cupdiced mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cuppineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1sliced banana
  • 1 tablespoonmaple syrup
  • 1 tablespoonChia seeds

    In a large bowl, mix together the oats, milk, mango, pineapple, banana, maple syrup, and chia seeds.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
