In a kadhai take butter or oil add chopped garlic and saute then add veggies and saute later add mushrooms to avoid making it soft and chewy.

Add mixed herbs, chilli flakes, salt and saute.dont make them soft and don't overcook
- 3
Take a roti apply mayo at centre. Fill the veggie mix on mayo add ketchup, coriander leaves and fold as wrap
- 4
Roast on tawa with little butter or oil till the crust becomes crisp
