Ingredients

I added water half of a medium pot after it boiled for two hours on an electric cooker(I used it to save gas because it needsto boil so much)

After boiling I sieved and now used the water and throw away the coconut waste in the bin finally!I set the water back to the cooker,it boiled untill the water dries up completely and started to fry that's when u will finally have the oil and a little dirt beneath it,after its cool u carefully put the oil in a clean container living the brown dirt,this is the quantity of oil I got from the waste of coconut which I used for making my coconut juice that I posted earlier
