Lemon Wedges
I have used lemon as the key ingredient.
Steps

Take a bowl. Put 1.5 cup flour (keep few spoons left) in it. Add the milk. Put the rice flour. Add 1/2 cup castor sugar. And add half of the oil. Whisk everything. Add the vanilla essence.

Make a fine batter.

Grease a baking tray. Transfer the batter to it. Put it in oven for baking. Bake it for 15 minutes.

Take another bowl. Put the remaining sugar in the bowl. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice in the bowl. Take the lemon zest and put it in the same bowl.

Mix everything.

Now take out the baking tray.

Put the lemon toppings on it.

Smear it evenly.

Put it in the oven and bake for another 15 -20 minutes. Bake it till it get set on the top.

Take it out. Let it cool for 30 minutes. Then put it in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

Take it out and cut the wedges.

Serve it.
