Wash and cut the zucchini into 2" pieces and slit them from one side.

Combine all the masalas coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, fennel and Nigella seeds, turmeric powder, salt and add 1tsp oil and mix well.

Now stuff the zucchini with the prepared masalas. Prepare all zucchini.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan add cumin seeds and asafoetida and place the stuffed zucchini in it.Cover and cook on a slow flame till the zucchini are cooked.

Serve hot with parantha and chapati.
