Ingredients

  • 2 glassflour
  • 1 spoonyeast
  • 2eggs
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 glassmilk
  • Warm water
  • 1/2 glassoil
  • 2eggs (final results)

Steps

  1. 1

    Kneed the dough normally and let it rest for an hour

  2. 2

    Once the dough is ready make small round balls

  3. 3

    Separate the egg york and white,in this case use the york

  4. 4

    But the round dough in a baking tin,brush on top with the egg york

  5. 5

    Pre heat the oven 180° for 15 mins,,,once it's ready bake the buns till golden brown (the shiny is a result of the egg york)

  6. 6

    You can always adjust the measurements of the ingredients depending with the number of servings
