  • 700 gassorted fruits
  • 150 gsugar
  • 1 pclemon
  • Dessert

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the water and sugar

  2. 2

    Quarter the fruits and remove the core and peel

  3. 3

    Place in a shallow pan in sugar syrup

  4. 4

    Add a few drops of lemon juice

  5. 5

    Cover with greaseproof paper

  6. 6

    Allow to simmer slowly preferred in oven.. Then cool and serve
