Grandpa Sate / Grandpa Kebab

why I call it satay grandfather, because the seasoning is a recipe from my Father. And because we live in country site at that time we don't have any butchers or fish market. But my uncle he always going for hunting and he always got bush pig and he will give us some of the meat. Then my father Will made us satay meat with a large size different from the size of satay should be, and the contents are also all lean meat no fat. The fragrance of the spices is very pronounced and the taste is also extraordinary, sweet, savory and very delicious. Make me remember all albout my childhood memory.
And this satay I changed to kebab but with the same seasoning as the seasoning from my father. And i put extra vegetables as Capsicum ( red and green ), mushrooms and red onion.
You can also use beef meat if you don't want pork.
