Heat the pan with ghee. Add onion paste and ginger garlic paste. Fry them for at least 10 mins. Now add rest of the ingredients except yoghurt and milk.

Cook the spices for 15 minutes. Add yoghurt and milk. Mix them very well. When the gravy will turn bit golden colour add chicken. Now cook them again for half an hour. Cook in low flame.

At the end garnish with fried onions. It goes well with pilau rice.
