This sezwan potlis are made from dry aalu sabji.i added sezwan sauce to aalu sabji and regular aalu sabji become a starter.

Steps

Take a bowl add maida,salt and oil.then knead a dough using chilled water.and keep it for rest.

Now take a pan add 1 spoon oil and add Jeera, asafoetida to it.now add aalu sabji.then add schezwan sauce then mix well.

Now add freshly chopped coriander and mix well.then make equal sizes balls from it.

Now make balls from dough.take one ball and roll chapati from it.then cut into stripes.

Now arrange stripes on one another and put aalu ball on it.then cover it and make potli
- 6
Now heat oil in kadai and fry all potlis and serve with schezwan sauce and green Chutney.
