  • 1 cupmaida/All purpose flour
  • to tastesalt
  • 3 tablespoonSour curd
  • Pinchajwain/carom seeds
  • 2 tablespoonoil
  • as neededwater to form a dough
  • For stuffing
  • 3boiled potatoes
  • Handfulchopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspChaat Masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededGhee for frying the Kulcha

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix above mentioning things to make a dough. Cover it with soft cotton cloth, allowed tourist for 2 hours

    Peel potato Mash it then add remained things

    Make a small Roti from the stuff aloo masala, then again Roll it make Kulcha on tawa, this is the proper way to check the fl fluffiness of Kulcha just make it half and it give you a packet like shape
