Ingredients

2 Servings
  • 1 cupyam boiled and peeled
  • 1 spooncornflour
  • 2 spoonsginger chilli paste
  • 1 spoongrated beetroot
  • 1chilli finely chopped
  • 1/2 spoongaram masala
  • 1 spoonaamchur powder
  • 1/2 cupcheese cube about inch
  • 2 spoonsboiled and chopped sweet corn
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 spoonschopped coriander
  • as requiredOil

Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    Now take a mixing bowl add boiled yam, then mash yam properly with masher.

  2. 2

    Now add ginger chilli paste,grated beetroot,salt,sweet corn,chopped chilli,garam masala,aamchur powder,salt and mix well.

  3. 3

    Make equal sized balls. Now take a ball and make the whole inside. Now put cheese cube in it and cover the cheese.

  4. 4

    Like this make all balls and roll in cornflour.

  5. 5

    Now heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry all balls.

  6. 6

    Now put them in plate and serve with green Chutney@ketchup and herbed cheese sauce.
