Steps

Take a bowl and add hung curd to it and whisk it well so that it should not leave water from it.

Now add all the chopped vegetables, spices and salt to it quickly and mix it well.

If you feel the mixture is slightly thick you can add a small amount of cornflour to it for binding.

Note that cornflour is avoidable. If you require then only you add otherwise ignore it.

Now mix all the ingredients so well that it should be in thick form.

Now take a plate and make small balls of the mixture and coat it in cornflour. Coat both sides of it.

Now take a pan and heat oil in it.

Add the balls to it and deep fry it. You can also make it in a round shape or flat shape.

After 1minute turn it to another side.

Serve it hot with chutneys.

Note: All the vegetables should be finely chopped
