Peel the Irish potato

Wash it with clean water
3

Cut the potato at its long axis
4

Add a little salt and mix
5

Pour the veg oil inside frying pan
6

Cut a small amount of onion in it
7

Then add your freshly cut Irish potato in to the oil
8

Allow it to fry for about 6-8min
