  • 4 tablespoonschopped mature ginger
  • 2 tablespoonsgarlic
  • 12bird's eye chilies
  • 4 tablespoonsfermented soybean paste
  • 4 tablespoonslight soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonsweet dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonpalm sugar
  • 5 tablespoonspickled garlic juice
  • 1 headpickled garlic
  • 2 tablespoonsvinegar
  • 1 pinchMSG, optional
  • 2 tablespoonschopped ginger for garnish
  • 1 tablespooncilantro for garnish

  1. 1

    Blend everything until smooth. Garnish with chopped ginger and cilantro.

    If you don't have a blender, you can use a mortar and pestle.
