4 tablespoonschopped mature ginger
2 tablespoonsgarlic
12bird's eye chilies
4 tablespoonsfermented soybean paste
4 tablespoonslight soy sauce
1 tablespoonsweet dark soy sauce
1 tablespoonpalm sugar
5 tablespoonspickled garlic juice
1 headpickled garlic
2 tablespoonsvinegar
1 pinchMSG, optional
2 tablespoonschopped ginger for garnish
1 tablespooncilantro for garnish

Blend everything until smooth. Garnish with chopped ginger and cilantro.
