Preheat oven to 200°C and arrange your cupcake trays

In a large whisking bowl mix all dry ingredients until incorporated

Add the eggs, milk, oil and extracts and beat with a mixer until everything is well incorporated, roughly 2 minutes.

In a small saucepan, bring orange juice to a quick boil, then pour it slowly into the batter while you fold and stir by hand. Stir until completely blended.

Scoop even portions and fill in your cupcake trays until ¾

Put in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes

Once baked let them cool and use whipped cream to frost your cupcakes, you could use Chocolate powder to flavour your frosting
