Soak chana dal overnight or 6-7 hours.

Then pressure cook till soft take 3-4 whistles, cool it and grind in mixie jar with gud.

Then cook on sim till it becomes thick now add almond powder, cardamom powder mix it.

Make balls of chana gud mixture puran.

In wheat flour add oil, salt and knead soft dough keep aside for 15 -20 mins then make balls flatten with hand keep puran ball in middle and cover roll it and roast both sides applying oil. Serve with ghee and milk.
