Steps

Grate the yam / suran raw and fry them till golden brown in colour.

Add grated coconut and chopped onions and red chilli powder and mix well.

Add salt and coriander leaves chopped. Add lemon juice and mix well.

Mix all the ingredients well.
- 5
Mix well and serve immediately or else the fried yam will get soft.
