  • 12badam/almonds
  • 10pistachios
  • 5-6cardamom (seeds only)
  • 5-6Black pepper
  • to tasteSugar
  • as neededMilk
  • as neededKesar/safforn strands

Steps

  1. 1

    Kesar soak 1/4 cup of lukewarm milk.

  2. 2

    Almond and pistachio also soak in water for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    After 1 hour grind and make paste of Almon pista,cardamom,black pepper

  4. 4

    Take1/2liter lukewarm milk add paste,kesar milk and sugar.mixer proper store in fridge for 1 hour and serve.
