Steps

Heat a pan. Pour (3/4) cup of almond milk into it.

Turn the knob to sim. Heat the almond milk but do not boil it.

Preparation of Sugar Syrup : Heat a saucepan. Add 1 cup of sugar. Pour 1 cup of water to it so as to dissolve the sugar crystals.

Put on a low flame and stir continuously until it turns to a consistency as that of gulab jamun syrup. Once done, switch off the flame. Keep it aside.

In the meantime, take a bowl. Pour the rest (1/4) cup almond milk, rice flour and cocoa powder. Mix it thoroughly.

Heat a saucepan. Boil the above mix and keep on stirring so that there no lumps are formed.

Now transfer the above mix to the prepared sugar syrup. Beat it well to form a uniform consistency.

Pour the already heated 3/4 cup of almond milk to it. Allow it to thicken.

Then turn off the flame. Add almond paste, pieces of dry fruits. Mix well.

Transfer this into moulds/serving moulds. Freeze for 8 to 10 hours. Garnish with dry fruits.
