Steps

In a bowl add besan and water. Then mix well and prepare a semi-thick batter.

Then add onion, coriander, salt, red chilli powder, green chilli powder and mix well.

Take a pan add oil spread it then pour the batter spread it cook it for 2 mins. Then flip it and also cook for 2 minutes now our besan chilla is ready. Serve it with green chutney and white cheese bhurji.
