Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the paneer cubes and cashew keep aside.

Now add cumin seeds and all veggies saute it till the vegetables are soft.

Now add all spices, paneer cubes and cashew and saute it for one minute.

Add cooked basmati rice. Mix well and cover the pan and put it on medium flame for some time.

Ready to eat. Serve hot.
